Sampling

Sampling is a very important topic, with the use of good samples from different environments an ecological examination can be performed. The sampling for methane oxidizing sediments is not a simple task. First of all the location of the sample site is essential. Also depth, temperature and concentrations of substrates and electron donors is very useful to assess certain samples.

Within the AMethox project we have used the following samplers to take samples, other samples are provided by different institutes or other universities.
